Return Policy

At SunBrite, we guarantee that all of the products we sell are of the highest quality and hope every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return a product purchased through SunBrite, please refer to the following information:

SunBrite is committed to offering the finest products to our customers at the best possible price. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, within 30 days, we offer the following return/exchange policy:

For a refund on returned product: Return unused portion of product, and receive either a 100% refund (minus shipping and handling charges) or receive store credit good for purchase of any SunBrite products. 

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, we will accept the return of the damaged product and will ship a replacement of the same product to you.

You must include both a copy of the invoice that initially came with the order and the unopened/unused product in question. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request postal parcel or UPS tracking of your return. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
